Wheel build times are 1-2 weeks then they are shipped the day or so after. We are a small team and work hard as we can to get wheels done fast. We often beat that build timeline but please factor that into your build decisions.
HUB OPTIONS
I9 Hydra H2- (870 points / 0.41°) thicker axles compared to the H1, larger more durable bearings, redesigned hub shell, Centerlock and 6 bolt. These hubs are designed to take all the abuse you throw at them day after day. Available in 11 stock colors. The Hydra h1 was the best selling hub on the market for years and the H2 is even better!
One Up- 44 POE ratchet drive, Abec 5 bearings, 6 bolt, 28 and 32 hole drilling, 362 grams for the set. "Light enough for XC racing but strong enough for enduro abuse and e-bikes" Available in 8 stock colors. 110x15, 12x148
Hope Pro 5- Abec 5 bearings, 108 POE, Tough enough for Ebikes 499 grams per set available in 8 colors and all axle widths and diameters.
Dt 240 DEG- New 72 POE ratchet design, abec 5 bearings, 6 bolt design, 110x15 12x148,
DT 350 DEG- The same hub as the 240 with abec 3 bearings, and a tougher shell. Available in 15 or 20mm x 110, 12x148-150-157 rear. These have long been a workhorse durable hub that will last you many years.
Onyx Classic- The fastest rolling hubs on the market and a more beefy design than the vesper. These have instant engagement with their sprague clutch design. They are available in any color you can dream of and are easy to service. This is the best ebike hub on the market and our # 1 recommendation for the new high powered motors
Chris King- If you need your buddies to say wow, those are cool and you dont care how long or how much $ a hubset takes to service. Maybe you need to scare a pack of bears out of the woods with a hub noise, kings are for you. CL and 6 bolt, 72 POE.

Notubes Flow mk4- 100 grams per rim lighter than the EX3 but tough enough where the Stan's riders used them at Redbull rampage. They have a spoke offset which makes them punch above their weight. Available in 26" 27.5" and 29" 28 and 32 hole drilling
Race Face ARC Carbon- Whip it, huck it, shred it, send it, then do it all over again. One of the most versatile rims on the market, the offset ARC Carbon wheelset has the stiffness, toughness, and width options to dominate anything from XC + trail riding to All-Mountain bombing. 445 grams 31mm internal width
Stans Notubes Flow Ex3 These are the toughest Alloy enduro rims on the market right now. We have built 500+ of them with only a few ever getting wrecked. If you want a rim that will keep rolling when you turn that front wheel down the mtn these are the best.

Dt 511- Made for hard enduro riding, lighter than the EX3 and 541 and a tough heavier/stronger than the flow mk4. These have proven to be stronger than the FR 541 in real world use.
DT FR 541- We stopped carrying these because the Flow EX3, Ex 511 and FR 571 are all stronger than it. We can special order this rim, but really just buy the others.
DT FR 571- Dt's FR 541 proved to be not as strong as anticipated.. the FR 571 is their answer to that. 541 design with even thicker aluminum for DH, Ebike, Enduro use.
Race Face Arc30 HD- Thee are super strong and come with an amazing lifetime warranty. These are the exact rims Santa Cruz rebranded as their "reserve alloy Hd" They are mid weight and have a spoke offset for great spoke tension.
We Are One Triad- Carbon fiber! Lighter than all of the rims above but stronger than the Ex3, made in Canada and have a lifetime warranty.
We Are One DEAL- Carbon fiber, Full Dh ready, max strength. The toughest rim here Made in Canada with a life time warranty.
+ Size options 35mm- We stock 35mm for + size wheels because that is the diameter the + size tires are based off of. We cna source 40mm rims too ut they tend to make square tire shape that does not perform well.
Race Face Ar 35- tough offset rim that has all the strength needed for trail use. These come with a lifetime warranty.
WTB i35 KOM tough- These are a great hard trail/ Enduro rim with a second inner bridge for more impact resistance.
We Are One Fuse- The carbon fiber Fuse is the answer to a wider format rim that gives the ultimate stability and traction. Perfectly suited for clunker hard tails and plus bikes where larger tires are the game..
Spokes
Sapim Race- The most popular Enduro and Dh spoke for guys up to 230 pounds. Extremely strong and lighter than the leader.
Sapim Leader- Max strength when weight is no consideration
Sapim Cx-Ray ($125) These are as light as the laser and as strong as the Race. they have been cold press into a bladed shape and last a very long time.
Sapim Cx-Sprint ($90) Same bladed shape as the X-ray but thicker and even stronger
Berd spokes($499 and 2 weeks) Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). UHMWPE has 12 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. Berd spokes have an improved fatigue life over steel and are impervious to the elements. This is what makes Berd spokes the lightest, strongest, and most durable spokes ever invented.
Nipples
We exclusively use locking alloy and brass nipples with a internal driver format to keep them tight and to keep the outside of the nipple blemish free. We also use boiled linseed oil as spoke prep for a double loctite treatment making sure your spokes never come loose at the nipples. Linseed oil is a "drying oil" meaning it goes on like an oil and helps make the build go smooth but then dries and acts like a natural serviceable lock tite.
All Aluminum nipples are free. Black and silver brass nipples are free. We powder coat colored brass nipples here in shop basic colors for $25. Custom colored alloy or brass nipples are $35(see our powder coat in stock colors list)
